Medic Footprints are a dynamic doctor-led organisation empowering talented doctors to access diverse careers beyond boundaries.


Our aim with Medic Footprints’ marketing was to develop a much greater presence on their socials. We wanted to build a community of doctors, not just a ‘followers’ list on their socials, as having a community is much more valuable in Medic Footprints’ cases (and in many other cases). We also wanted to attract more attention to their fantastic podcast for doctors, and grow their Youtube channel.

The Aim

We immediately began to create monthly content strategies that revolved around 3 pillars. For example, one of these pillars was free value, which is so important when building a community of people. We also redesigned their newsletter, and did a complete SEO revamp for their Youtube Channel. This included SEO optimising thumbnails, descriptions, timestamps and captions. We also created a LinkedIn strategy for their page, as we knew this would be a highly effective way of building a community of doctors.

Our Approach

The Result

We increased Instagram reach by 158% (7743) through non-paid organic marketing. This was accompanied by an increase in accounts engaged by 331%, highlighting our efforts in building a community. We done this through fantastic short form content and feed posts which promoted discussion amongst doctors. An increase in 300 followers was also achieved in only a matter of months.
